By creating a merchant or wallet account you agree to use Debo Pay lawfully, keep credentials secure, and complete KYC when required. Fees are disclosed in the dashboard. Sandbox traffic is simulated and not real money.

We may suspend accounts that violate AML, fraud, or security policies. Disputes are handled under Ethiopian law and our compliance process.
